Understand Windows ‘God Mode’ Folder
I am not sure who discovered such a tweak but it’s very cool. I am talking about a magic folder that contains all the settings, controls and tweaks of Windows Operating System. All in one place! This folder is popularly known as ‘God Mode’. Here is the very easy (and stupid) way how you can create a magic folder which contains all the Windows 8 controls:
1. Create a “New Folder” by right-clicking on empty spot in any directory, preferably Desktop. Alternatively you can press Control+Shift+N to create a new folder.
2. Give the folder this name: God Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}. You may replace any name in stead of ‘God Mode’ here.
3. Open the folder to see a complete list of settings.
The folder’s icon looks like a control panel. If you open the folder, there are about 281 items/settings, grouped by categories like Action Center, Administrative Tools, Auto Play, Backup and Restore, and so on.

But even the great thing is that you can easily search your are looking for by typing on the folder search box on top right corner. This is very handy and useful for effective use of Windows.
This trick is said to be working since Windows Vista. Yes, it is also working in Windows 7 and 8.
I recommend you to be careful while using settings you do not know about.
